Cured – Restaurant At The Pearl
Cured is the latest restaurant by Chef and Owner Steven McHugh. The restaurant is located in the trendy area by The Pearl Brewery off highway 281, just north of downtown. The food is southern with a New Orleans flair and is amazing. Cured uses fresh, regional and organic ingredients.
Cured specializes in Charcuterie, where the meats are cured anywhere form 60 days to 10 months in their in house, humidity controlled locker. But the menu has a wide variety of choices from Wagyu tartare to Foie Gras to soups, salads, Po Boys and more. Prices are mid range from $7 to $34.
